All the videos have now been made available here at this site.
There are several ways to access the videos, the most reliable one is to hold your mouse cursor over the ‘Techniques’ tab and click the muscle which you want to view.
Another option is to click the ‘Technique’ tab and pick one of the files from the overview you get from that page.
The final alternative is to click the videoes which are listed on the right hand side of this page.
